About the event

Join me, Sarah Price, & Julie Bell, professional walking guides, on Sunday, 8th March 2026, for a unique and inspiring guided walk to celebrate International Women’s Day. Together, we’ll take on a 17-mile challenge along the iconic Wye Valley Path, starting in Builth Wells and finishing in Glasbury Village.

This linear route follows the River Wye through stunning Welsh countryside, with a mix of landscapes:

🌿 First Half: Climb hills and cross moorland, enjoying breathtaking views.

🚶‍♀️ Second Half: Descend to the valley floor, following an old railway path, crossing a suspension bridge, and passing the elegant Llangoed Hall as we walk through fields to Glasbury.

💷 Cost: £35 per person, with 70% of proceeds donated to the incredible Welsh Women’s Aid charity (welshwomensaid.org.uk). You’re also welcome to raise additional funds through sponsorship if you wish! The 'teams' page' via 'Just Giving', to enable you to direct your friends, family, &/or workmates, to support us too!…
