Wellbeing Walks PLUS! Saturday 28th Jan 23 Moorhampton Park Farm

Would you like to start walking to improve your physical/mental health and/or to meet other locals?

Would you like to walk with others in a friendly group on easy flatish walks? 

Come and be safely led by professional walk leader who is also outdoor first aid trained.

Also gain knowledge about where you are allowed to walk, learn walk routes to use again, and get tips about gear, maps/apps & the countryside code.

We will discover the beautiful countryside in different locations each week around the  Abbeydore Deanery area & there will be lots of encouragement and chatting along the way!

There is assistant over any stiles and we always walk at an easy pace., (each week we aim to be out walking in the countryside for roughly 2 hours, with stops for chatting  and looking at the views!

We will end with free Teas/Coffee & Cake!!

There are 4 weeks of walks which need to be booked seperately; Hardwicke week 1, Eaton Bishop week 2, Madley week 3, & Michaelchurch Ecsley week 4.
