'Walking Fit' 6-week Countryside Walking Course
If you need to get moving after Christmas & fancy giving countryside walking a try, this course of easy walking is for you. x6 2.5 hour guided walks each Saturday morning led by Sarah Price, who is a professional walking guide & also has a background in fitness coaching too.

About the event
This is a 6-week countryside walking course designed to improve your fitness & your mental health.
Each Saturday morning through January & into Feb we will be walking a circular route from Talgarth for a couple of hours.
Over the course of the weeks Sarah will adapt the routes and terrain, to gradually improve people's cardiovascular fitness and the distance achieved.
If you are slightly nervous about your ability, but would like to start wallking, this is the group for you.
We will be walking at a steady pace with plenty of chatting and 'looking at views' along the way!
Walking in the countryside is not only great for mobility, balance, & weight loss, it's also scientifically proven to improve your mental health considerably, whats not to love!
