About the event
Would you like to start walking to improve your physical/mental health and/or to meet other locals?
Would you like to walk with others in a friendly group on easy flatish walks? Would you like to start walking as a family and introduce the children to the great outdoors? (There will be kids spotting sheets & compettitions along the way).
Come and be safely led by professional walk leader who is also outdoor first aid trained.
We will discover the beautiful countryside in differnt locations each week around the Golden Valley & there will be lots of encouragement and chatting along the way!
There is assistant over any stiles and we always walk at an easy pace., (each week we aim to be out walking in the countryside for roughly 2 hours, with stops for chatting and looking at the views!
We will end with free Teas/Coffee & Cake!!
