- Climb to Table Mountain (Crug Hywel). The final leg of our walk involves a challenging yet rewarding climb up to Table Mountain, known in Welsh as Crug Hywel. This mini mountain, so not really a 'mountain' height! It has a distinctive flat summit, & is a local landmark. As we ascend, the landscape opens up, providing ever more impressive views.
- Summit Experience. Reaching the summit of Table Mountain is the highlight of our journey. Here, you will be greeted with spectacular 360-degree views of the Brecon Beacons, Black Mountains, and the Usk Valley. Your guide will point out notable peaks and landmarks, and you'll have ample time to capture photos and revel in the natural beauty.
- Descent and Return to Crickhowell. After savoring the summit, we begin our descent back towards Crickhowell.
