About the event
After the indulgence of Christmas Day, this free Boxing Day ramble is a chance to step outside, stretch your legs, and breathe in some fresh countryside air — without overthinking it.
This is a short, gentle walk designed for everyone. Regular walkers, first-timers, families, friends, dogs on leads, visiting relatives — all are very welcome. The pace will be relaxed, with plenty of time to chat, laugh, and enjoy the landscape here on the England–Wales border.
It’s also a lovely opportunity to walk with me as an experienced, professional walking guide — completely free — whether you’re a regular or someone who’s been curious about joining one of my walks and wants to see what they’re like in an easy, no-pressure way.
We’ll wander through beautiful local countryside, soaking up wide skies, winter light, and that lovely in-between feeling that Boxing Day brings — when there’s nowhere you have to be.…
