About the event
A 4.5 mile easy grade guided walk strolling through the stunning wild flower meadows alongside the fabulous lake. At this time of year in June there should be an abundance wild orchids and other native species. We visit a large wooden bird hide where we can see if there are any sepcies to spot, so bring your binoculars! We then continue past a lovely old church & through farmland with glorious views of the Brecon Beacons. At the end of the walk, you will have the chance to visit the interpertation centre on stilts, & learn about the 1000+ years old man-made island called a 'Crannog'.
A wonderful route with so many different things to see!
