Walk Details

A walk exploring the ridge above the golden valley with the black mountains as a backdrop. We start in Dorstone village and climb up above the valley through green fields, lanes and woods to moorland with the effort rewarded by great views. A challenging walk, but an average level of fitness would be sufficient for this walk as we will be walking at a steady pace, with plenty of rests and opportunities to enjoy the views. We meet to start in the small playing field car park opposite the church on the main road B4348, (Please share lifts if you can). HR3 6AN (All walks in the winter are subject to the weather conditions, & if, on assessment by the leader, there is likely to be ice or snow under foot on the day of the walk, then the walk will be cancelled & a refund issued).

Cancellation Policy

Refunds will be issued if cancellation is up to 7 days prior to the event. A refund, or partial refund, may be considered by us in the case of exceptional circumstances, and in that case an email should be sent to ask for one giving the reasons. If 'Walk Hay' cancels an event a full refund will be issued.
