& Walk Leader
Sarah Price is the woman behind Walk Hay, a company that offers Herefordshire, Brecon Beacons and Hay On Wye walking.
In addition to being an experienced walk leader, Sarah also has coaching skills.
She will take the time to find out about you and what your expectations, limitations & aspirations are.
Care is taken of our walkers whatever their background or ability. There is assistance over stiles, tricky terrain, & hills are approached in steady stages when necessary. If you are new to countryside walking, you are returning after many years, or perhaps you are slightly nervous about walking due to a health condition, then you are in safe hands with us. Equally, if you are a keen walker with plenty of energy, then we will take that on board & make sure you have the best experience too.

"I am passionate about introducing others to the stunning countryside around my local area here in the Brecon Beacons. Being out there in nature with others sharing in a walk together is a powerful, healing & sometimes, transformative experience with positive effects.
I am a qualified Lowland walk leader, insured, and am I also certified in Outdoor First aid, so you can relax & let me lead you knowing you're in safe hands.
There is so much history & beauty to discover here, and I will do my best to make each walk as informative, friendly, & as enjoyable as possible.
I specialise in leading walks in the valleys & hills, rather than the mountains, as I understand that many people who want to walk whilst they visit the area, don't necessarily want to climb the mountains. Perhaps you aren't able to tackle mountain terrain or are not confident with maps.
If you have never walked in the countryside before, or if you walk regularly, you are all very welcome.
